What should I expect to pay?
All deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, and payment for services rendered that are not covered by insurance are due at the time of service. We are required by our insurance contracts to collect your co-pay. We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards. We will bill your insurance carrier on your behalf.

What will my insurance cover?
Every insurance plan is different, so please contact your insurance carrier directly or ask your employer for more information.

What if I don't have insurance?
We offer a cash discount for patients with no insurance. Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
